Kids are taking over! They are hacking their own schools… and they’re not even breaking in… they’re logging in. Kids as young as 7 years old are being referred for cybercrime in the UK. The latest report from the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) analysed 215 school-related data breaches… And guess what? 🔐 57% of them were caused by students themselves. 🧠 Most didn’t need advanced hacking tools. They just found weak passwords. Or spotted login credentials written on paper. Or got access to unlocked staff devices. In one case, a student used a staff login to access a college system… and viewed, changed, and deleted records of over 9,000 students and staff. Medical info. Emergency contacts. School history.
