Let’s talk teething and puppies! Teething can be a gnarly phase for pups (& their hoomans). Puppies start teething around 3 weeks old & continue until they’re about 6 months old. During this time, they may be more prone to sinking their little shark teeth into anything & everything. They’re not doing it to be naughty—they’re just trying to ease the discomfort of new teeth coming in.
Best to give them safe and appropriate chews. Cold toys, frozen rabbit/chicken feet, or a frozen wet washcloth can help soothe those aching gums. Be sure to monitor chewing activities. Keep your fingers, shoes, furniture, & most importantly your puppy safe!
Ava is a huge fan of these fun fall dog friendly candy corn teething rings!
