I’ve been thinking about how we spend so much time working in our lives and careers… but not enough time working on them. So this week, I used my day off for my first-ever “mini offsite” 💃🏽 to step back, reflect, and map out my next stage of growth across all three parts of my career: marketer, community founder, and creator. And planned for the next 6 months of growth. It’s easy to move fast when things are going well. But real growth happens when you slow down, zoom out, and ask yourself: Where do I actually want to go next?
