What a great evening!😊 We went for a Whiskey tasting last night and it was such a stunning experience. I now know much more about Whiskey! We tasted four different aged Whiskeys but I feel like a whole new world has opened up and there are so so many more to explore. The 12 year old Viking Honour is called the ‘In between Whiskey’ and for good reason. It was also my personal favorite. It’s a candid conversation of warm wintery spices, honey, fruitcake, heather and aromatic peat smoke. We tasted a 10 Year Old Viking Scars, a 12 Year Old Viking Honour, a 18 Year Old Viking Pride and the wild card was the 13 Year Old Bottega which is a limited edition and only 608 bottles where made. It was So fabulous. Thank you for having us!
