I am so excited about this!🤩 I’ve been introduced to the wonderful world of Liquid smoke! I’ve been trying it out in different ways and on all sorts of different food and recipes. If I say everything, I mean everything!! 😂 Off course this is not a new thing, but it is very new to my kitchen and I have fully embraced it. Liquid smoke is a water-soluble yellow to red liquid used for flavoring. It is used as a substitute for cooking with wood smoke while retaining a similar flavor. It can be used to flavor any meat or vegetable and it makes everything taste deliciously smoked! One of the main reasons I love this product is that it is all natural. It is literally smoke and water (with a binding agent) so rest assured that anyone who uses their Liquid Smoke is getting an all-natural flavour. These are also vegan and banting friendly.
