If I were starting all over on building my executive presence at work, I would be more intentional about what actually makes me confident. Because people can tell when it’s real. In tech, confidence is not about being the loudest person in the room. It comes from preparation, clarity, and knowing the value you bring to the table. That matters even more as a woman building her career. As a corporate mom, my confidence looks different now.
