And I saw FIRSTHAND, how the work of raising and providing for children can make a woman’s ability to secure financial stability, higher education, and career success - significantly more difficult. ESPECIALLY If the woman is young, lacking financial and other supports around her, and a single parent—and this doesn’t even include the STRESS and COST of caring for children when you can barely care for yourself.
