If you’ve been following me for a while you know I’ve spoken before about encouraging your child to relax and breathe when on the loo to help get that pee & poo out. We want to avoid telling your child to push because when kids go to push out a poo they tend to hold their breath. Slow relaxed breathing will help to relax your child’s pelvic floor and also help to bulge the abdomen muscles to encourage those poos & pee out.
This little device is an alternative to blowing bubbles, or blowing bubbles with a straw into a cup of water etc.
Sometimes having a few alternatives can help break the boredom of toileting!
It can be purchased on Amazon - if you would like the link just FOLLOW & comment LINK 👇🏻 and I will send it onto you. I will link it in stories too.
⭐️ Encourage your little one to practise using this off the toilet first espically if they are anxious about using the potty or loo.
