Christmas time is the perfect time for constipation to occur for children (adults too!) change in routine, lots of different foods, less movement, later nights and don’t forget lots of nasty sicknesses doing the rounds.
So for little ones try to keep track of their poo pattern, have a look in the loo when they poo to see what the poo is looking like - I’ve a FREE resource to help you to know what’s normal and to track it!

TOP TIP-
Have a small platter of chopped up fruit, veg, nuts (age appropriate and allergies aware) hummus dips etc laid out. Just leave it on the table and you’ll be surprised at how quickly that will be picked away at! Change around what’s on the platter- try different colours and smells. Great way to introduce something new along side something they always eat.
