As it stands the services in Ireland for children with issues with their bladder and or bowel is to attend the GP and then if available in your area and if deemed appropriate they may be referred onto a Continence Advisor and/or paediatrician. There are private services available too. There are only two Heathy Bladder and Bowel clinics in Ireland for children- one in Donegal and the other in Cavan.
