I was so honored to attend the #InstagramScreenSmart event hosted by @meta and @instagram here in Nashville. It was incredibly refreshing to be in a room full of moms, therapists, and the actual team behind the platform having real conversations about what it means to keep our kids safe online. 🙌🏼 We explored Screen Smart features made just for teen accounts like screen time limits, message controls, content filters, sleep mode and so much more. 🙌🏼 As a mom to a son who’s about to be a teenager, these tools matter!!! But more than that, it reminded me: we’re not powerless, we’re being empowered. We’re learning. Growing. Showing up. And doing the best we can to raise wise, confident kids in a world that’s constantly changing.
