Model Refresh: my architectural diffusion favorite (v24 today’s build). 🏘️
Every few weeks I take my best models back to the workshop and tune them like instruments: new training inputs, cleaner curation, better settings, fewer “why is that window melting?” moments.
This one’s my comfort-food model: dense, lived-in architecture with stacked houses, crooked roofs, warm lantern windows, misty towers, cliffside villages… all the cozy chaos.
What changed in this update:
1. refreshed the training set (more variety + stricter keepers)
2. better balance of silhouette readability vs. micro-detail
3. improved materials & roof language (less mush, more intention)
4. more consistent perspective + window/door logic (still whimsical… just less cursed)
5. tuned prompts/negatives so it lands my taste faster.
These images are straight from the new pass. (plus my normal touchups, textures, and hand-work) Next, I’m pushing it toward stronger composition control and more “designed” negative space.
