There’s been a whole lot of ads and not enough life updates lately because truthfully I have a hard time figuring out how I want to show up here when I’m not feeling 100%. I struggle with sharing the nitty gritty and sounding like a broken record or being a space that can be an inspiration or positive outlet. But why can’t we just be both? If I’ve learned anything, it’s that life is not one sided. You can be happy while also be really struggling. You can be depressed but also hopeful. You can go through hard times yet be a positive person. Life isn’t linear. It’s a roller coaster of love and light mixed with pain and sorrow. At least for me it is. And I’m learning to be okay with that. Life is not picture perfect and one thing we all can do better at, is showing up as we are. How are you feeling right now?
