I just delivered the best keynote of my career in Dubai. I prepared the week before by cancelling ALL of my meetings the week of my keynote so I didn’t have any distractions. But the work across my team didn’t have to stop just because I couldn’t meet live. I sent Loom videos to make sure they knew what they needed to do.
