Most people are still using AI like it’s just ChatGPT.
Typing prompts. Getting answers.
But I came across this 421-page guide from a Google engineer, and it shows something very different.
It explains how modern AI systems are actually built — not just prompts, but full workflows.
Things like: – step-by-step reasoning (prompt chaining)
– memory and context handling
– using tools and APIs
– multiple AI agents working together
This is what people mean by “agentic AI.”
And it’s the direction everything is moving.
The shift is simple:
Some people are learning prompts…
Others are learning how AI systems actually work.
That gap is going to matter.
Would you actually read a 400+ page AI guide?
