My cup runneth over! This weekend was epic. As I prepared to honor and be honored by @theculturecreators this past weekend, I reflected on what inspired the creation of @morningmindsetwithtai 4 years ago and how the online community I created has spawned into a wellness movement. It began with a renewed desire to start my day with intention. I am forever humbled by the fact that in sharing my truth, others discovered new truths and inspiration to live more fully.
