Flag Football has been fun... Keeps me active and on my toes. But my bones ain't the same 😂. Gonna be 38 this year and let me tell you, my body feels it.😭😆 I ain't the best or the fastest on my team... I'm learning to master being snapper/center. But some of my teammates are actual Semi-Pro football players 😅....They are Beasts! But I love the diversity... Got 19yrs olds, all the way to 45yr olds. Playing my second season... Got into it because of my kids. They both play football... So I either can sit back and watch, or bond with them and get active.... And it's been cool seeing them both play with my adult team #TeamRocket and practice with grown ass men. Lol. I didn't realize how many adult flag football organizations are in Sac...
