Was cleaning up and dusting the windows xp setup. Figured I'd fire it up for a round of pinball. Which then turned into a round troubleshooting and fixing the pc from a no start issue. Turns out ram just needed to be removed and re seated. Also the disc drive decided to die so I can't play cod or any of my old games here atm.
