Got to experience the Fitness Sampler put on by @thebeautyboosthouston yesterday at @spindletapbrewery ! I got a free Vitamin B12 shot from @hydr8medspa , sweated with @em_powerbuilds from @illuminatesweathtx , stood in front of that gorgeous backdrop by @touch.of.chic.events_tx , took in a relaxing yoga flow with @alexisforwellness and @wellnessforhou and finished the day with a sound bath and meditation from @antar.glow …. Plus the swag bag was LEGIT-so many freebies and samples!!! They also had chics giving permanent jewelry by @infinizap that looked so dainty!! So much fun and I didn’t even get to do all the activities because I was chatting with all the gorgeous women who attended.
