Had a good cry in the car today. Just remember Instagram is just a highlight reel and there’s so much that happens outside of these reels. However I am hugely grateful for the ability to move my body, enjoy and have access to delicious and healthy food that fuels my body and that I get to spend time with my two precious babies.
