If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I am a DIE HARD Benny Boy stan, not just because of their delish beers & cider but because of their next-level community-inclusive events that are often rooted in history (hello, DREAM.) Such is the case with their Txotx festival this past weekend, celebrating the ancient Basque tradition of trying cider straight from the cider, which you have to catch in your glass, allowing gravity and I don’t know…science(?) to fill your glass with short-lived but delicious bubbles.
