This was my 15th year hosting Thanksgiving and I’m not going to lie, it never gets ✨easier✨ but it’s the one meal I look forward to every year because the days of preparation are all worth it when you get to watch your loved ones enjoy it. From decorating, pie crust meltdowns, turkey roasting time stress (we now do two turkey breasts instead of a whole turkey, LIFE changer) and worrying about having enough drinks for everyone - it’s my favorite kind of chaos and I am so thankful to everyone around my table (literally & figuratively) for being a part of my life. I wish I could feed all of you but until I have the worlds largest table, here are some Thanksgiving tips I’ve discovered a long the way. 🍁Make mashed potatoes ahead of time and keep on “warm” in a crockpot 🍁Make as much ahead as possibe: pies, sides, veggies and bring to room temp day of and reheat in the oven. 🍁If you’re always left with tons of dark meat because people don’t eat it; switch to bone-in turkey breasts...
