In honor of the first BTS being released today from the filming of the sequel to ‘Practical Magic,’ I feel it’s only necessary to re-share this reel that holds some really special familial history for me. Welcome to Coupeville, WA!! Famous for being the location of the much-loved 1998 film “Practical Magic” and a famous location in my own family, as my great-grandfather, Melvin Case, was once the Mayor of the town! I hadn’t been back to Coupeville in easily 17 years, and it is always such a special feeling to visit a place that has such deep familial ties to your own family. It is also so amazing to see the love this town gets nowadays as “Practical Magic” continues to be a fan favorite. I am also always amazed when I visit home how much our waterfront towns really resemble New England.
