It started pouring out of nowhere this week and instantly put me in the mood for some Vietnamese comfort food. This sticky, savory, caramelized, gingery Gà kho gừng was exactly what I needed for a cozy weeknight meal.Instead of breaking down a whole chicken, I used wings and boneless chicken thighs! You get that perfect balance of sweet, salty, and deep umami, and that glossy sauce just clings to every piece of chicken. Spoon it over rice and it’s game over. No Limit Tip: I like to add fresh julienned strips of ginger at the end for extra warmth and freshness of ginger flavor! Ingredients: 4 pounds Chicken Wing and Chicken Thigh combo 1/2 cup fish sauce 1 12 ounce can coconut soda 6 ounces water 1 tablespoon Coco Caramel Syrup 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper Knob of ginger, sliced or julienned 6 cloves garlic, minced Green onions, chopped Thai chilies #nolimitcooking #GàKh...
