We’re so ready for DST and Spring with these Nem Nướng Cuốn, Vietnamese cured pork sausage spring rolls. I love grabbing frozen Nem Nướng from the local Asian grocery store. It’s convenient, tasty, and makes dinner ready in about 30 minutes once thawed. I threaded the Nem Nướng onto skewers and grilled them over medium heat for a few minutes on each side.
The girls and I love dunking our Nem Nướng Cuốn in a classic Hoisin Peanut Sauce. It’s super easy to make and absolutely delicious.
No Limit Tip: Pre washed spring mix is a game changer. It saves time and adds a colorful, fresh touch to your rolls.
