I am always on the lookout for good Al Pastor tacos, and Al Pastor on a trompo always gets me excited. So when I randomly drove past this no named taco stand setup on the sidewalk in front of the Smart & Final on Blossom Hill Road at night and saw the bright lights, fire cooked Al Pastor spinning on a trompo, and steaming hot pans, I knew I had to stop and check it out. I originally planned on just getting tacos, but after seeing a couple of people ahead of me order a burrito and noticing how loaded it was, I had to get one for myself. The texture and cook on the Al Pastor were perfect, but it was heavily over seasoned and needed a good amount of pico de gallo, lime, and salsas to help cut down the saltiness. I had no complaints with the carne asada tacos. Please recommend some other taco stands in San Jose with Al Pastor on a trompo.#nolimiteatz
