These savory, sweet, smoky, and super flavorful Char Siu Wings are among the girls’ favorite ways to enjoy wings. I am obsessed with the bold red color with charred bits.
I BBQed the Char Siu chicken wings in my Pellet Grill at 375 degrees. If you don’t have a grill, place chicken wings on a wire rack and roast in the oven using the same temperature.
Setup the pellet grill to 375 degrees. BBQ chicken wings for a half hour. While the chicken wings are bbqing, strain and reduce the marinade down to a glaze. After 30 minutes, flip and brush the chicken wings with the glaze. Repeat this process a couple times every 10 minutes until the chicken wings are crispy, caramelized, and a bit charred. Cooking time should take about an hour.
