June 27 ‘2025 | Sports Authority of India June 27th, at the Sports Authority of India campus in Hyderabad, I had the honour of leading a 2 and half hour POSH and POCSO awareness session, organised by the Sports Authority of India. The session brought together over 100 male and female athletes aged 16 to 22, along with 20 coaches and support staff aged 25 to 45, each one stepping into the space with openness and intention. What began with quiet curiosity and perhaps a touch of reservation gradually blossomed into something extraordinary. As we delved into the realities these laws seek to address, the room shifted. Conversations deepened. Faces changed. And a shared sense of purpose quietly began to take root.
