Have I saved probably 100 different “audios” to make a year end review reel???…YES….will I make one?…maybe but probably not. While it’s good/fun to reflect on your successes…and sometimes the losses…I’ve been working HARD this year to stay in “the present moment” as much as possible. Do I have things I would like to accomplish in 2023?!? OF COURSE and I’m stoked for things I have planned! But will I set a resolution? Absolutely not. Will I set goals….absolutely! Will I dwell on them?!? I don’t think so! That was not the case just a few years ago! Anxiety & fear of the future has had a HARD grip on me most of my life….until now! ☺️ One of my favorite quotes is: “If you want to feel sad, live in the past… If you want to feel anxious, live in the future… If you want to feel peaceful, live in the now” So that’s what I’m doing…I’m continuing to strive to live a peaceful life one minute at a time (and I also like to say one cast at a time).
