Feeling grateful to have been a part of organizing our latest pisgahareawomensflyfishing event with simongawesworth! We spent the morning getting a taste of Spey Casting from one of the worlds best! After a picnic lunch we headed to the field for some basic 101 casting (you can’t forget the basics)! Then we saved the best for last….left the river and headed to burningblushbrewery where all of us women participated in the “Farbank Olympics” with events in distance, accuracy & to see who could pop a balloon the quickest with their fly line!
