Peak stoke level! 🤩 Today mom & I fished for two long hours without a single bite. As we were walking back to the car to find a new spot, I tried the run again that we started at. The bite had finally turned on! This is the first fish I landed! Mom insists that it’s my new PB, but I’m not so sure. If you can’t tell I’m still super stoked about this fish! I was ok with a “one and done” kinda day, but I did catch a brown immediately after. I was cold, happy & done, so I had mom use my euro rod so she could at least catch one! She hooked up immediately! I can’t believe how many “bigger” trout I’ve been catching lately!!! Now I really just want a big ole slab of butter! Browns are my fav and I’ve never caught a big one!
