Thin lavash bread (in this video, you’ll see me using wraps because that’s what I already had at home, and I’m all about limiting food waste, and this works with both wraps and lavash) is layered with a spiced meat mixture, rolled up, sliced into pinwheels, and baked until golden and crunchy on the outside while staying tender and juicy on the inside. NOTE: the wraps I had at home were lager for Breakfast Burriots, to get a thicker meat layer, use a smaller wrap/the smaller lavash bread with the same amount of meat.
