AYA ✨ . My daughter. . It’s taken me 6 weeks to come around to share the news of her birth. Partly because I’ve wanted to cherish every moment I get to spend with her; partly because life with two children (as I’m sure many of you know) is a whole different ball game compared to one; and partly because I admittedly jumped straight back into working and haven’t stopped since the moment we got home from the hospital. But all of these reasons aside, it seemed appropriate to celebrate her most beautiful presence in our lives on this #internationaldaughtersday - a day conceived to honour and advocate for our girl children in a world where their value is still, inconceivably, discounted. .
