Yay i’m so happy that this is a trend, I used to ‘adopt’ a family every year in elementary school with my class around the holiday season and I’m glad that similar initiatives are still available for those who need it. ❤️
Every act of giving matters, genuinely, even if that’s just a compliment or smile! 😊 You never know how much a small gift or gesture can mean to someone else. 🎄 I’m really grateful I was able to give back this year and hopefully make someone’s holiday a little brighter.
In Kamloops, BC you can visit 📍Canadian Tire (North Shore), Starbucks (bulletin boards have the cards!), or Red Robin. If you’re looking for a similar initiative, not many in Canada are actually called ‘angel tree’ like the ones in the USA. Try searching; toy mountain, holiday toy drive, holiday giving tree or visiting the website of local charities, food banks, and non profits in your area. 🎁
