Stopped over in my favourite airport of all time and absolutely loved it🌿🪴 The Singaporean government recognises the power of plants and has invested in making the public spaces within the city as beautiful as possible since the “city in a garden” vision laid out in 1998. The major way they’ve done this is by looking at the natural world and emulating that through projects such as Jewel Changi which encompasses vertical gardens, the worlds largest indoor waterfall major tree planting projects. It was so cool to see the different technologies used to bring plants into the built environment. Definitely made the 13 hour layover a lot easier! #jewelchangi #verticalgardens #plantwall #koifish
