I never expected a vulnerable moment to define the start of my career. Years ago, I shared a video where I said, honestly, I didn’t feel “smart enough, pretty enough, or thin enough” to lead. That video went viral (over 66 million views!) and changed everything. That moment helped launch A Moment of Magic, now a national nonprofit reaching over 150,000 children with creative programming and mental health support. It also taught me this:
