SO MANY GOOD SPOTS HEREEEEE that blow Manhattan Korean food out of the water. Kalguksu!!! Kalguksu is a traditional Korean food that translates to knife-cut noodle soup. It is light, comforting, and good for the soul. I want to show this spot in Flushing called Daesung Korean Noodle. Their menu specializes in kalguksu noodles and they have a wide range of options! Today I got the beef bulgogi soondubu kalguksu😍 If you didn’t know soondubu(soondubu-jjigae) is Korean soft tofu stew! I LOOVVEEEE SOONDUBU!!
