I LOVE ICHIRANNNBN!!! The solo booths are meant for me. They focus on tonkotsu ramen and I got the classic tonkotsu ramen with the toppings set combo. This comes with a soft boiled egg, scallion, wood ear mushroom and nori. This was a whopping $32 which was pretty surprising to me. I miss Japan haha. I was under the impression Ichiran offered ramen on the more affordable side but I was wrong lol. The broth was really nice tho and this makes or breaks a ramen for me. Personally I prefer a lighter more miso colored broth rather than thicker ones.
