Wasn’t planning a cheat meal… but after seeing The Prime Rib’s Truffles & Vines menu, I had to 😅 One indulgent dinner isn’t a setback. It’s balance. We tried the Wagyu Truffle Tartare and the Seared Gnocchi with shaved black truffle and the gnocchi was my fave! So rich and so good. Paired it with a wine flight and called it self care.
