In my workshops, I always close by reminding people: healing begins with community—and a single plant. So the other day, staring across a kitchen full of dishes, a stack of bills, and three calendars open trying to juggle my kids’ schedules, I decided to swallow my own medicine. You don’t need a garden. You don’t even need a tea rack. You could start with a few spice jars, one or two mugs, and a call to a friend.
