As a journalist in India, earning peanuts, you sometimes take up jobs you never want — forced by the sheer evil of the system. This one, I regret the most. And yet, I’m strangely grateful. It showed me things I never imagined I’d see. Until then, I believed BJP was the villain and Congress the saviour. This job ripped that illusion apart. They’re all the same — power-hungry, indifferent, neck-deep in the same gutter. It doesn’t matter what they promise; the moment they get your vote, you stop mattering. None of them care about the real issues — the everyday struggles, the voices silenced, the truths buried. They’ll distract you with noise, drown you in propaganda, and pretend it’s democracy. But it’s not. BJP or Congress or AAP (insert every politician); honestly, it’s just picking the lesser evil at this point. And no, not all ministers are corrupt. I have friends working on the ground as youth members, giving it their all. But when the top is rotten, the system doesn’t let much go...
