Day 11 🍖🥤🇺🇸rediscover America as an American, with me! Today I went to @southern.soul.bbq on St Simon’s Island to try their famous Georgia style bbq - thanks for the recommendations!! I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with the sweet BBQ sauce (I was told this was the famous local sauce)! My first sweet tea in 6 years was actually really good (although I don’t see myself drinking it frequently like I did as a kid 😅) The food really scratched my southern roots, and it’s so fun being back and trying foods that I grew up on!
