Movement has always been my first language 🤍
I started rhythmic dance when I was just two years old — tiny toes, big dreams, living in studios more than anywhere else. Dance shaped me. It taught me discipline, expression, strength, and how to feel at home in my body.
At 19, after becoming a professional dancer, an injury forced me to stop. And if you’ve ever had something you love taken away from you, you know… it felt like losing a part of myself.
But movement never left me.
It simply changed form.
I found yoga.
I found Pilates.
I found a deeper, more conscious way of moving — less about performance, more about presence. Less about pushing, more about listening.
And somehow, through that transition, I built a life and a community where movement is the center — not just for strength or aesthetics, but for connection, healing, grounding, and coming home to ourselves.
From a little girl in a leotard…
to a dancer navigating loss…
to creating spaces where women from around the world...
