Could Alex Prettis violent altercation with ICE 10 days prior be bad legally for the officers? No matter how I slice it, in the moment I don’t see how his death can be justified, but as information on who Alex Pretti was becomes more apparent …I think it’s clear he was beginning to make a career of this form of radical protesting. My question is, were these the same agents from a couple weeks prior? If so, although Pretti doesn’t look like a ‘good guy’ could this spell trouble legally for the officers if they maybe went into the situation with a mindset of knowing who he was.
