Dreams aren’t built in a day. When I moved to Costa Rica and built a life here, I had a vision. I became a resident, had two beautiful children, and made this place my home. And I knew I wanted to create a space where Pilates, community, and health were at the center. Now, Four and a half years later, that vision has become reality.
