13 years ago, I flew across the world to Latvia to see Maris 🤍 It was my first time traveling by myself and being out of the country. I’ll never forget driving around, staring out the car window at the beautiful white winter snow, feeling like I was living in a dream. Fast forward to today, and here we are with two wonderful children who spend their summers in this beautiful country and are NOW proud Latvian citizens.
