In most if not all the interviews I’ve ever been apart of, this question is typically asked: WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST WEAKNESS? . Yes we all learnt that we’re supposed to spin our weakness into our strength to impress our interviewers. I found that to be a very awful way to answer this question. 99% of the time people can see right through you. And if you can’t be truthful about your answer, how could you be trusted? . I was guilty of putting up a facade thinking it would impress people but that was a massive fail. Most of my failed interviews were a result of me not always being honest with my ability and/or I failed to be authentically myself because I wanted to fit in .
