Learn how to protect spreadsheets but allow some cells to be modifiable. To protect a worksheet go to the Review tab and click “Protect Sheet”. To allow specified cells to be modifiable in a protected sheets, select the cells to be modifiable, press Ctrl + 1, go to the Protection tab, and uncheck “Locked”.
