Today we tested KVP’s speed and and endurance with a 400m + 600m double. She conserved during the 400m but was able to match her best time from two years ago. Fatigue was heavy during the 600m but she was still able to pull off a 1:35.5. Both her speed and endurance are strong and we’re going to put it to the test with a season debut in the 800m! #Team800 #DenverTrackClub #TrackNation
