Highlights from the Portland Track Festival last weekend. KVP finished P5 in the open W800. The most important takeaway is that she showed some serious growth by clocking her fastest 600m split in an 800m coming from a conservative 64s opener. Travel fatigue played a part in the H+ and Pi accumulations during this meet but we know what must be done to bring this performance home.
